There are 35 stores and more than 500 brands of various price segments with discounts of up to 70% on collections from past seasons.

Allstores is a service of booking goods in shopping malls in Moscow.  It started as an online marketplace of Vnukovo Outlet Village, gradually expanding to other Moscow stores.
I joined Allstores from the very beginning of product development, therefore I made all the designs from the scratch. As a lead designer, I was curating a middle product designer, a junior product designer and content managers, also working closely with the sales, development and graphic design teams.
My responsibilities included creating visual concept of the product (including offline materials), conducting user research, including interviews, testing, creating and maintaining a design system, as well as manual testing and layout quality control.  I was also responsible for overseeing the production of visual content such as photo&video shoots, mailings and banners.

Variable page view.

Having conducted interviews with the marketing team, we came to the conclusion that we needed a flexible tool for working with the audience.
Thus, the homepage consists of typesetting blocks that can be swapped, turned on and off depending on the current content.

Product feed.

The initial version of the catalog featured a product feed sorted by price. As our service progressed, we introduced additional enhancements such  as filters and search functionality.
Product cards provide detailed information including colors, available sizes, and the current availability status for booking.

Based on research in fashion retail about the high importance of product look when making a purchase decision, especially luxury brands, we dedicated most of the page to photos and upsales. The right column was left for the informational and functional part.

Cart and Checkout.

In the сart, goods are divided into shopping malls and stores. Each store has its own reservation period. Placing an order involves filling out personal information and confirming your phone number. All order details are sent to the recipient by email
a) either got tired during the process of registration and forgot to finish it,
b) or could have taken the verification of the number in the process of filling out the application for confirmation of the reservation.

Design System.

We took a very careful approach to the development of design system. The system contains a large number of pages and all interface elements are included in the style guide, and their behavior is followed by a description for developers. It successfully continues to be expanded as new components are being added based on design needs.

Results.

  • Released from scratch an online marketplace
  • Launched the delivery of goods in MVP version of the marketplace
  • Designed and launched the vendor’s personal account for working with products, statistics and documents
  • Created templates and automated the production of newsletters and banners
  • Developed over 50 unique website pages
  • Organised several shoots for the visual style of the product, which are actively used in graphic and web materials
